I’m starting to talk again. This is my English practice.
This morning, I massaged my belly. I rubbed my belly with the finger press method. I put four fingers on my abdomen and listened to the sounds inside. Sometimes the sound is loud, sometimes soft, and sometimes very faint. I can hear more than forty different sounds in total.
After that, I got up and went to the balcony. There are many bicycles parked outside. It looks neat, but I’m worried a lot of people will gather around later. If this place gets noisy, it’s just something I can’t control. So I’ll just let it be.
My homemade yogurt is over-fermented. I think I don’t need to use the yogurt maker these days, since the weather is warm. I hardly ever fail to make yogurt successfully.
Today I added some powder and mixed it with the over-fermented yogurt. I plan to bake bread later with the leftover yogurt. Next time I’ll buy milk in smaller packages.
I want to ask Sister Chu: can low-temperature sterilized milk be used to make yogurt?
Cola said he’ll cook porridge later with chia seeds, fiber powder and oats. I’ll add some eggs to it too, but I can’t find my egg card right now.
